Slide 1 — Title

The £900m, 3-week opportunity. NHS SBS Healthcare AI Solutions Framework — BritiAI bid plan Fractional COO briefing — Mon 15 Jun 2026

Slide 2 — Why we’re here

  • NHS SBS published the largest dedicated NHS AI framework in history on 11 May 2026
  • £900m incl. VAT ceiling. 8 lots. Runs 26 May 2027 → 11 May 2035.
  • Submission deadline: 12:00, Tue 7 July 202622 calendar days / ~16 working days from today (amended from 23 Jun)
  • Awards 19 March 2027. Direct award by Approved Organisations is permitted.
  • Today’s question: confirm scope, structure, decisions for the 3-week plan.

Slide 3 — What direct award means commercially

A trust identifies a need → picks a supplier on the framework → awards directly. No mini-tender. No competition. We don’t just qualify to compete — we become the only name on the form for trusts who already know us.

First revenue can flow weeks after framework go-live in May 2027.

Slide 5 — Recommendation in one slide

Bid Lots 5, 6 and 7. Lot 8 follows automatically. BritiAI as Prime. Votee + Beever as named subcontractors under a binding Teaming Agreement. Lots 3 and 4 held as stretch — go/no-go gate Wed 24 Jun.

Slide 7 — Why we win

  1. Sovereign by design — UK-hosted, on-prem option, no data egress
  2. Clinically safe without overclaiming — we bid non-medical-device lots first
  3. Evidence-grade — Beever’s ACL 2025 papers; published benchmarks
  4. Embedded, not delivered — Fractional CAIO model, real operating partner
  5. Outcome-share willing — Lot 8 outcome-linked pricing optional

Slide 8 — Bid structure (decision)

Recommended: BritiAI prime; Votee + Beever named subcontractors. Rejected:

  • Formal consortium / SPV (no time)
  • Votee as prime (HK HQ = data sovereignty risk)
  • BritiAI as pure reseller (loses Beever research story)

Action: Heads of Terms signed this week, full Teaming Agreement by 9 June.
