Slide 1 — Title
The £900m, 3-week opportunity. NHS SBS Healthcare AI Solutions Framework — BritiAI bid plan Fractional COO briefing — Mon 15 Jun 2026
Slide 2 — Why we’re here
- NHS SBS published the largest dedicated NHS AI framework in history on 11 May 2026
- £900m incl. VAT ceiling. 8 lots. Runs 26 May 2027 → 11 May 2035.
- Submission deadline: 12:00, Tue 7 July 2026 — 22 calendar days / ~16 working days from today (amended from 23 Jun)
- Awards 19 March 2027. Direct award by Approved Organisations is permitted.
- Today’s question: confirm scope, structure, decisions for the 3-week plan.
Slide 3 — What direct award means commercially
A trust identifies a need → picks a supplier on the framework → awards directly. No mini-tender. No competition. We don’t just qualify to compete — we become the only name on the form for trusts who already know us.
First revenue can flow weeks after framework go-live in May 2027.
Slide 4 — The 8 lots, our fit
| # | Lot | Award criteria | Fit | Action |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | Radiology imaging | TBC | Low | Skip |
| 2 | Pathology / early detection | TBC | Low | Skip |
| 3 | Virtual & robotic health | TBC | Med | Stretch (24 Jun decision) |
| 4 | Predictive analytics | TBC | Med | Stretch (24 Jun decision) |
| 5 | Research, innovation & dev | TBC | High | Primary bid |
| 6 | Operational efficiency | Q 90 / SV 10 — no cost | Highest | Primary bid — quality lead |
| 7 | Advisory & specialised | Q 70 / C 20 / SV 10 | High | Primary bid — pricing matters |
| 8 | Combined solutions | Q (auto) | Automatic | No separate bid |
Slide 5 — Recommendation in one slide
Bid Lots 5, 6 and 7. Lot 8 follows automatically. BritiAI as Prime. Votee + Beever as named subcontractors under a binding Teaming Agreement. Lots 3 and 4 held as stretch — go/no-go gate Wed 24 Jun.
Slide 6 — The stack we sell
| NHS pain | Our answer | From |
|---|---|---|
| Clinician admin load | Scribe-On-Site (on-prem ambient) | V-Note + BritiAI |
| Discharge bottleneck | WardFlow Copilot (agentic) | BritiAI + Votee |
| Knowledge fragmentation | Atlas for Trusts (neural memory) | Beever |
| Sovereign LLM training | MAGIC-NHS | Votee |
| Clinical trials | Trial Concierge | Beever + Votee |
| Capacity to deliver | Fractional CAIO + Implementation Pods | BritiAI |
| End-to-end | Integrated Digital Front Door (Lot 8) | All |
Slide 7 — Why we win
- Sovereign by design — UK-hosted, on-prem option, no data egress
- Clinically safe without overclaiming — we bid non-medical-device lots first
- Evidence-grade — Beever’s ACL 2025 papers; published benchmarks
- Embedded, not delivered — Fractional CAIO model, real operating partner
- Outcome-share willing — Lot 8 outcome-linked pricing optional
Slide 8 — Bid structure (decision)
Recommended: BritiAI prime; Votee + Beever named subcontractors. Rejected:
- Formal consortium / SPV (no time)
- Votee as prime (HK HQ = data sovereignty risk)
- BritiAI as pure reseller (loses Beever research story)
Action: Heads of Terms signed this week, full Teaming Agreement by 9 June.
Slide 9 — Cold-start readiness gap
| Standard | Status | Action |
|---|---|---|
| Ariba registration | Not done | Mon 1 Jun |
| DTAC v2 | Not done | Wk 1–2 |
| DCB0129 + CSO | Not done | CSO contracted wk 1 |
| ISO 27001 | Not done | Stage 1 in flight; roadmap declared |
| Cyber Essentials Plus | Not done | Assessor booked wk 1, audit wk 3 |
| DSPT | Not registered | Register Mon |
| Insurance | TBC | Confirm wk 2 |
This is the honest gap. We bid with a credible remediation plan, not a denial.

Slide 11 — Top 5 risks (22-day plan)
| # | Risk | Mitigation |
|---|---|---|
| R1 | ISO 27001 + CE+ partial | CE+ booked w/c 23 Jun; ISO 27001 Stage 1 documentation; declare with roadmap |
| R2 | CSO not contracted by Fri 20 Jun | Three parallel providers Tue 16 Jun; standard 5–10 day engagement |
| R3 | Lot 5 evidence too thin | Wed 24 Jun gate — keep Lots 6 + 7 clean rather than weak 3-lot pack |
| R4 | Data sovereignty objection (Votee HK) | UK-only topology (done), UK sub-processors, binding DPA |
| R5 | Social Value Plan under-scored (10% on every lot) | Upgrade to fully scored response by Fri 26 Jun |
Slide 12 — Pricing posture
- Mid-market premium — not cheapest, not most expensive
- Day-rate card for advisory (Analyst £550 → Fractional Exec £2,200)
- Per-user/month for SaaS solutions
- Outcome-share option on Lot 8 — bold differentiator
- Volume discounts at 5/10/25 trust thresholds
Slide 13 — 3-year revenue scenario (conservative)
- 2027–28: 3 trust call-offs @ £350k = £1.05m
- 2028–29: 8 trust call-offs @ £450k = £3.6m
- 2029–30: 18 call-offs @ £550k + 1 Lot 8 programme @ £2m = ~£12m
- 3-year cumulative: £16–18m contracted run rate
